Btw, for those who aren't updating to 2.10, you'll be happy to know that the three of them don't require you to update to obtain them.

Also, the Prier cut scene confirms that she has definitely lost it and is out to make a sea of blood everywhere she goes...

Prier: So...are you my prey for this evening?
Prier: Demons that don't fight are not worthy of living!
Prier: ...All demons will kneel before me!
