Possibly Petta if NISA localizes the game and she is indeed Zetta's daughter. The article says she will be the star but I don't know if this means we'll be controlling her or if she just plays a really big part.
Her voice actor will be Kaori Mizuhashi. Haven't heard her play a new NI role in awhileNippon Ichi/Nisa from Neptunia doesn't count.
