Boltrend, global publisher of Disgaea RPG, shut down two games over the last two weeks (Idola Phantasy Star and Atelier Online) and in a move I've never seen in my years of gachagaming, are charging a $30 fee to process refunds.

Needless to say, nobody is amused.

Also, it's been discovered that Boltrend is actually a shell company of a faaaar larger publisher.
