Hell yes. We finally got the first DLC (well technically a free update) - the Diez gents. Ya heared me!

Version 2.0 - 202MB - (obviously?) includes the 1.10 (I'm assuming we get the very same updates/patches) which added the gents in great great Nippon. And other minor bug fixes.





Their evilities:

Se-to-oh
Innate - Stats increased by 30%. HP cannot be healed by magic. (Zombie T6)
Bo Tie
Innate - Damage taken from female units decreased by 50% (Shroom T6)
Shyrone
Innate - Damage dealt to human type units increased by 25% (Samurai T6)
Breezy Satina
Innate - Damage dealt increased by 30% when target HP is under 50% (Dragon Zombie T2)
Prinny Mask
Innate - Cannot be lifted, but stat's increase by 20%. (Rifle Demon T6)
Pauline
Innate - When HP is under 25%, recovers fully at the end of turn. (Majin T2)
Beyond X
Innate - Damage taken from male units decreased by 50%. (Succubus T6)
Gorillian
Innate - 50% of damage dealt also deals damage to SP. (Death T6)
Goro
Innate - Stats increased by 5% per monster unit on map. (Beast Master T4)

I think that's just normal gameplay.

From what I have experienced of fighting the Diez Gentlemen,that after you defeat them,they do not join you.Unless that is part of the patch? I would assume that the playstation blog would atleast list something on there,if they even care about Disgaea.

Yes. You could fight them postgame and in a Mystery Room, but they didn't actually JOIN you.
They do - now. Every time you start a newgame+ ONE of them joins your team if you meet certain criteria. Like Mao being of higher level their initial level.

It goes like this:
Prinny Mask (Lv62) -> Beyond X (Lv64) -> Shyrone (Lv64) -> Gorillian (Lv64) -> Bo Tie (Lv300) -> Goro (Lv400) -> Se-to-oh (Lv500) -> Pauline (Lv600) -> Breezy Satina (Lv700)

I'm on my 8th cycle and I never got any of them on a newgame+, before today that is. Started a 9th cycle and Prinny Mask joined. Lost stage 2-1 and started another cycle, Beyond X joined. And so on.

Wait huh?

This doesn't mean that the US version is gonna have less/different DLC characters than Japan, right? Or is there just going to be more months of it?

*Random Question* Is one of the updates in 2.0 going to be that final homeroom that came out last month in Japan? Because I hate it how I can't make very many characters because I want to save room for DLCs and hiddens. Even though I still haven't gotten the biggest room yet >.>;
