The character section is interesting, they've listed the top 30 characters in the first ranking, and they'll be listing the second ranking soon.

...It's a little skewed to me, but they're going to be working on character profiles for all of the NIS characters. That's pretty cool.

If I remember correctly, there was a really old Disgaea ranking list and the top 5 for that one was Flonne, Etna, Laharl, Pleinair, and Mid Boss.

And although six of my personal top ten are up there in the top ten (Laharl, Flonne, Rozalin, Asagi, Ash, and Marona), I still think this kinda messed up. I mean, I can't believe Mao is NOT up there, yet KOGURE of all people is. I mean, wtf!!!
