netherworld_rpg!Basically, visiting characters have been dragged in temporarily (and forced into costume if the player wishes) by Overlord Baal and given vague instructions that boil down to 'go trick-or-treating'. Characters can also participate in a fancy pants ball thrown by the Overlord's chief demons.
