Harada's work?!

Hey all, long time lurker, first time poster.  :3

Anyway, I'd like to speak to you all about a site called Tinier Me!  It caught my attention because its cute and it reminds me of Harada's artwork!  But lo and behold, look at the banner on this page!  http://www.tinierme.com/tinierme/html/campaign_event/2010/06/20100616_anime_expoEV.html

THAT looks like Harada's work.  So much so that I'm suspecting it is!  Does Harada do that sort of sidework, or am I just crazy?

If that banner ISN'T Harada's work, it's a DAMN close copy. :/

This site is affiliated with Trickster online, an MMORPG. Does not say anything about Nippon Ichi, NIS America or the like...

If I were you, I would send an email to Nis America. The picture I'm thinking of was all Disgaea characters, and I believe they own the copyrights. And they could clear this up quickly.

I'm pretty sure Harada has an account on that site. I remember seeing his avatar on his website which is Pleinair.

That image closely resembles two images: the Disgaea 3 DLC wallpaper which features every DLC character and the Disgaea 2 chibi art which was also used for the phone charms.

Though the artwork in that link closely resembles the style Harada used in the artwork I posted, there's no evidence that tinierme plagiarized Harada. Not one of NIS' or Harada's characters are shown there and you can't really claim plagiarism when only the style or layout of the artwork matches another. I've seen SNK and Capcom do it to each other and nothing happened.

Check the divisor picture, it has a tiny white Plenair and Usagi sillouhette.

Even with the silhouette, I still stand by my point. No copyrights have been infringed. If anything, I'd say Harada's more of an inspiration for tinierme.

~Yes! It's indeed very similar! But there are many artists that mimic other artists' style. I don't think it's a big deal.
Here's an example (http://dis3.blog74.fc2.com/) . This artist imitates Mr. Harada art style very well too! However, I love his/her art very much~ ♥♥
By the way, the Japanese version of that site is named "selfie", like mentioned before Mr. Harada in his blog has a "selfie" Plenair:
