Atlus dissolved by parent company

I know this is mainly an NIS community, but since many people here are JRPG fans, I assume that said people are also fans Atlus. Anyways, I've just heard news that Atlus has been dissolved and is no longer an independent entity. In addition it is apparently now under control of the parent company (Index) whatever all that means. I'm a bit confused with the articles so I might be misunderstanding, but I'll go ahead and post them.

Good GOD. Fist NIS Japan isn't doing well, and now this? Grah. And I was wanting Blaze Union....this doesn't bode well... =A=

A lot of people believe that what all this dissolving actually means is the seperate stock exchange listing for Atlus will be removed and placed under the Index corporate flag. They'll still be doing games as Atlus, but they just won't be listed separately on the stock exchange.
