Cross E...'s saga.
Okay, this has been going on for a while, but I figured that since it's never been posted here, might as well go. So here we go, a quick recap.
Back in July, someone on the NISA boards noticed that the NA Cross Edge website was down. It turns out it might never be coming back on, NISA only saying "due to legal matters".
While nothing more was said, people immediately thought of Tim Langdell that seems to have the nasty habit of suing anyone who uses the word "Edge" in relation to video game titles after trademarking the name. While there's no confirmation that this is what happened, many signs seem to point at it, even his own website claims that "For Playstation 3, published worldwide by NIS under license from Edge Games".
Just a few weeks ago, someone noticed the DLC had been removed from the Network with no warning. Some of those are still available on Amazon, though some of the codes might be invalid. Someone on the boards said their purchased the Latest Technology Pack and the codes were invalid.
So... just a heads up. I guess if you have the game and the DLC, keep 'em.
