Good news and bad news

Nippon Ichi cancels yet another unannounced game, however, thanks to Disgaea 4, their profits have pretty much soared, so there's some good news out of this.

Also, N1 has opened two new subsidairies: Nora (insert FFXIII joke here) and Counterstop.

Normally, I'd be a little wary of posting news from April 1st... however this sounds too "normal" to be a hoax. But hey, I've been wrong before, so let's wait and see. Square Enix buying Gust on the other hand... Nice try?

EDIT: The NISA boards employees have called it fake and an April's Fool Joke. IMO, they could have done much better for a joke, it's quite boring, but meh.

Lots of canceled game makes me a sad panda, I really hope the La Pucelle sequel(s) were not one of them.

What weird names for subsidairies. I wonder what Studio ToOeuf do, I love Takehito Harada's art.

Could be a fake... though, this is rather tame for an April's Fool joke. There's nothing OMG about this. Now if they would have name the "cancelled" game, I could call a fake, but this is rather weird for a joke.
