I haven't played thru Dis3 yet, did that one have this much stuff too?

Disgaea 3's didn't have the pirate ships and maps but had more characters (D3: 27, D4: 22). Most of them were just ripped straight from Disgaea 1 and 2 (But to their credit, NI gave them all new awesome skills), but a couple of them were at the time new characters (A character from Hayarigami, Gig, Revya, Pram, Hero Prinny, and Aramis). It also one extra mode starring Raspberyl plus a couple of miscellaneous random map modes.
