Hmm... she has red eyes, I don't know but there just some posibilities. 1)She's Lahral's mother reincarnated as an Angel. 2)Laharl's sister, His mother reincarnated as an angel and had another child with Vyers/Krichevskoy? 3)Daughter from the future XD 4)Cousin, krichevskoy or his mother had family in Celestia.
I think number 1 and 4 are maybe the more probable ones, number 2 would be weird and I put number 3 as a joke because I don't see them doing something like that. But knowing how things are in these games it will probably be "none of the above" hahaha
