Nippon Ichi Software takes out a license agreement with Microsoft to develop software. This is much like the Nintendo DS license they took out a few weeks ago, there are no titles planned. If anything, it might show signs of Disgaea 3 not being exclusive to the PS3? Update : Site says for PS3 only, we'll see if that changes.

Nippon1.jp today updated it's present and calendar section. Presents are only given to Japanese fans, but this month it's the whole cellphone strap set that's now up on Rosenqueen. Too bad NISAmerica doesn't do once a month raffles like that. It'd be fun.

Also, Dragoneer's Aria was released in Japan. It seems to be taken on a good reception, so hopefully we'll hear more about that soon enough. Dragoneer's Aria is a Nippon Ichi / Hit Maker RPG for the PSP, very traditional in look and feel, it's got pretty dragons! Oh, and other things, I guess.

If you guys are still looking to make reserves on the one coin trading figure set for Disgaea, Hobby Link Japan will start taking reservations for them on September 1st, 2007. The price is about 62 dollars USD, not counting shipping.

The US version of Disgaea PSP will be released in Japan, due to its ability to do multiplayer, apparently. I guess our version is better than theirs? Who knows. Anyway, there's a small site up for Disgaea PSP version TWO. WHOOOO JAPAN.

Lastly, a new Disgaea Light Novel will be coming out on September 28th.

Author: Sou Kamishiro

Another thing to note is that on Sou Kamashiro's site, he states that he will be working on MAKAI GAKUEN DISGAEA, a light novelization set between April~September. It could just be the default name for the book before they gave it "School of the Maou" but who knows. Either way, Nippon Ichi seems to be really getting into School themes for it's games.
