Story
Aim for the top, the seat of the Demon Lord [Overlord]!
Become a "hero" and defeat your father!!
The Demon Lord who is also the chairman of Maritsu Evil Academy, which Mao and the others attend. His only son, Mao, in order to defeat his father, decides to become the natural enemy of a Demon Lord, a hero. Hearing of this and sensing a threat to her spot as the school's number one delinquent, sets out to persuade Mao to stop. But then Almaz appears on the scene! Mao quickly defeats Almaz and plunders the title of Hero that he had. "With this, I can defeat my old man!" Convinced of this, Mao heads for the Demon Lord, along with Almaz, whom he has made into his henchman. However, what they find their is merely the Demon Lord's fingertip. Will he be able to defeat this Demon Lord who defies common sense......!?

Almaz is usually pretty pathetic, but he can show some guts if it's for the sake of the princess!? He's worked hard, and has even headed to the Netherworld, but......

Everyone, hello.
Today, 10/26 (Friday), Dengeki PlayStation Vol. 401 goes on sale.
On this volume of Dengeki PS, "Makai Senki Disgaea 3" is on the cover.
Inside are 10 pages introducing the game, with a huge, huge volume of the latest information on Disgaea 3!
There are introductions of a new main character, "Princess Sapphire", and of generic characters, plus new systems relating to school life at an Evil Academy, such as the "Student Council" and "Committee Meetings"; there's a lot of information you'll want to check out.
And, and, we've finally revealed the date that the game goes on sale!
"Makai Senki Disgaea 3" is scheduled to go on sale on 2008/1/31 (Thursday)!
Those of you who haven't gotten the latest issue of Dengeki PlayStation, look for the cover and get it so you can prepare yourself for the release day!

She's a princess. She seems kind of ["gonbuto" - no idea what this means]. And she has a ☆ in her eye. She has sort of a retro, trend-conscious image.

Highly skilled female martial artists who trained at the "Village of Beasts" on the outskirts of the Netherworld, which was originally a place for training the wives of nobles. Those who have mastered their arts, known as "Nilvahm", are acknowledged as exceptional by the entire martial arts world.
[Note: I'm not really sure how "Niruvaamu" is meant to be romanized, so I went with something that seemed halfway decent]

A complete change from the original brawler with her full-body tights, the new martial artist wears Chinese-style clothes. The ribbon and long-sleeved kimono sure are cute, huh?

They train their bodies to the utmost limit and are superior warriors who train constantly so that they can master their path. Because they have a dark fighting spirit within them, even with their bare hands they can face an enemy who has a gun or sword on equal footing.

There's a petite boom for Akutaare [Axel] in the Netheworld! He seems to be especially popular among martial artists (I guess it's something that you can communicate with your fists).
