The remake for Rhapsody on DS has a release date now in Japan, it will come out on August 7th, 2008. The remake will feature new portrait, character art, and it looks exactly like the PSX game! Oooh, Ahh.

NIS is also working on another.. game. It's a sort of adult training simulation for business management called "The Combini" = "The Convenience Store". There's no release date for this game, other than it comes out at the end of late 2008.

I think I beat it in 10. o.o;; It's really short, but I remember a few annoying parts that were difficult to get through. Nothing worthy of smashing a controller over.

I'm so glad a remake of Rhapsody is finally coming out! Hopefully it'll come to America, and if it does better than it's PSX counterpart hopefully we'll see the sequels hit our shores in the future.

I wonder who did the art for the remake. It's definitely not Harada re-doing the artwork, that's for sure, but it doesn't look like Yoshiharu Nomura's style either. I wonder who the artist is.

Aaah, looks like the battle system is a little different (if not in function than only in appearance), but other than that, I'm super excited for the remake~ hope it does well!
