Disgaea 2 Manga Vol. 3's Release Confirmed to be Cancelled

I was poking on Broccoli Book's Blog and it's been confirmed by them in a Q&A post that Volume 3 will not be released by them.

So there we go. orz

Thanks for checking up on that for us, though. I'd been hoping that maybe we'd still see volume three since the scheduled release date was still rather close, but, I guess it just wasn't meant to be. ):

Now here's to hoping that another publisher will pick the series up for us.. >< *crosses fingers*

*sigh* Broccoli, you really disappoint me. I was hoping you wouldn't end up like ADV and make me wait forever for a manga that was never going to be released.

Well, after finals week next week, I'll be on vacation, so I'll start re-scanning all of volume 3.

Yea, this sucks. I got real lucky and found the English Disgaea 2 art book at the bookstore I work. It's actually a little damaged, but I won't get another chance to buy it for so cheap in English.

GAH, how depressing though. Someone NEEDS to put out the other two volumes. :(
