Disgaea 4 Manga Update

Information and scans on the manga has been very slow and I'm wondering where Chou Niku is going to with the manga. I'm worried he might rush it like the Disgaea 3 manga.

Regardless, the manga has apparently reached the point where Emizel is properly introduced (After several chapters focused on Fuka) but what really caught my attention was this:





Is this really Laharl or is it another character who can somehow transform into him?

But that was just the maid transforming right? It seems too dumb to use the same plot twist twize, but I guess it could just be Desco thinking that big sister would like a cute boy/overlord to take over the world with her.
