New Disgaea D2 info! The new angel girl is called Cicely?

Story:
"The latest issue of Dengeki introduces a new character for Disgaea D2.

Cicely, voiced by Kaori Ishihara, was sent from heaven to the devil king, Laharl. She claims to be his little sister. There is a conversation between the two where Cicely becomes embarrassed when Laharl flatters her.

A few additional details were also revealed. In the devil king’s castle, besides Laharl, you can also control Etna and Flonne. The contents of their conversations change, too. In combat, events will happen under certain conditions."

I saw this report first... I also saw how at first they spelled it Cicily too... then updated it to Sicily.

So I'm guessing it'll be somewhat akin to La Pucelle where reaching certain spots or doing certain actions affects parts of the story and/or the ending.

And Sicily, huh? I really want to believe there's a big meaning behind her name that relates to Etna, but they probably just needed another name to go with the volcano theme naming.
