If I'm reading this right, it's a newsletter that'll feature information on the school life in Disgaea 3, and will show us how Mao and his friends enjoy school.
... Have I mentioned how much I writhe at the silly kanji puns that they keep using for the developer's blog? If not, they're incredibly silly.

I'll need an actual scan or copy in order to start translating it or anything. Ah, also the comic is called "God Hand Mao" ... I have no idea what's going on in it, though.
