New Disgaea game

taiga_amecaN1 is releasing a "new" Disgaea game on Android. Disgaea for Android is not a port of the original game and looks more like a portable randomly generated item world. At least it's free, though you can apparently buy DLC content later.

While we're talking about cell phone games, I was curious, does anyone have any info on the Soul Nomad and that school based Disgaea game for cell phone? I remember reading about them a while back, but I never heard anything else from them? Did they come out? Were they canceled? Anyone know anything about what they are?
