All are $2.99. I confirmed with support that Raspberyl will be a separate DLC for those who don't want to buy the guidebook, but the date hasn't been finalized yet. The schedule seems a little inconsistent but it'll do. I do have to wonder if there's any meaning behind Metallia and Plume's releases since Guided Fate Paradox is being released on the same day as Lilliel's DLC.
