burnfist23At the very least, it looks to be related to Guided Fate Paradox in some way due having a similar title (the original Japanese title was "The God and Fate Revolution Paradox"), at least one of the heroines being an angel, and, of course, Noizi Ito, along Airi Hori, returning as character designer.
The main theme for this one is ultimate choice. There are two heroines, Jupiel Chuumi (VA: Asami Imai) and Aruru Toue (VA: Yumi Hara), and you only get to save one of them. The other dies (wow, way to spoil it NI).
The game will be in cel-shaded 3D (wow, I didn't think they'd attempt another 3D game for awhile. Go Nippon Ichi!) with a supposedly new system, though the mention of randomly generated dungeons means this will probably still be a Roguelike.
