NISA officially says it: No La Pucelle: Ragnarok. Buy our other games instead.

“All right. No, we will not be able to bring it over. We’ve got a lot of fantastic new titles lined up for 2011, and we think fans will get pumped over those even though we can’t bring LP:R out of Japan. For those who’ve supported it over the years, thank you very much for your efforts, but in the end, we won’t be bringing it out of Japan.”

I find it a bit odd that they felt they had to officially announce it... especially since most of the NISA board and most other boards as well knew that it wasn't coming. Especially since there's been plenty of non official 'noes' going around.

To be fair, some people who have Wiis might not have PSPs and vice versa, and neither group may have had a PS2, or have been able to have get it. Not only that, it's easy to sell (almost, if not completely, totally translated from the get go, plus it can be downloadable off of PSN and the like) so it's quick and easy money, and N1 DOES need that right now, right?

Hell, even though I have all THREE systems, I'm personally really looking forward to PBPSP and it'll be my first time playing it too. And I don't think I'm in the minority there.

That said, yeah, it's still disappointing, but what can you do?

Just hope they have a change of heart in a year or two, I guess? ^.^

But, yeah, it just sucked a lot for me cause La Pucelle is one of the few I don't actually own a copy of yet still. orz So a version for my PSP woulda been amazing. I guess I'll bite the bullet eventually, and import it. Taiga managed to get through it, so I imagine I could work my way through it too. lol

But, despite seeming like it, I am actually very excited for PSP Phantom Brave cause I don't own a Wii. I really do love PB and I was gonna buy a copy for Wii anyways, but I won't have to now. lol And, yeaaaah, NIS definitely could use the easy money right now. I can't blame them for it in that sense.

I think it's the fact they don't even seem open to potentially one day, even if not any time soon...
