Makai Station

I was looking at Weib Schwarz cards and noticed that the Disgaea series has an English version starter deck. I'm hoping that the English booster packs come out soon; I'd totally get these. However, I don't know how they're being distributed or who is responsible for handling the English version. I even wonder if these are going to be distributed outside of Japan by a major company because I can only find these available at imported anime goods stores.
